Terms of Use
By using our Website you accept these Terms
Your use of this website is governed by these terms of use (the "Terms"). By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Website.
These Terms govern your use of the Website only. The Website is an information website. No Services are offered for sale, ordered, purchased, provisioned, accessed, managed, controlled or delivered through the Website, and the Website does not provide any account, portal, dashboard, console, API or other means of accessing or controlling any Services or any infrastructure. The only interactive function of the Website is the Enquiry form described in clause 6.
Any Services we supply will be governed exclusively by a separate written contract entered into between you and us (or the relevant member of our Group). Nothing in these Terms applies to the supply of Services, and if there is any inconsistency between these Terms and that contract, that contract will prevail. If we make a customer portal or similar facility available in the future, access to it will be governed by separate terms notified to you at the time and not by these Terms.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you review this page each time you use the Website. These Terms were last updated on (04/03/2026).
We have used headings within these Terms to help you find information more easily. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

1. Information on the Website
1.1 Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Website is correct, it may be incomplete, contain errors or be out of date. You should verify any information you wish to rely on, including figures, capacities, locations, timelines and partner references, directly with us before acting on it.
1.2 Service Descriptions are indicative and are provided for general information only. They may change without notice, do not form part of any contract, and are not a representation, warranty or commitment that any Services, capacity, power or facility will be available at any particular location, at any particular time or on any particular terms.
1.3 Any statement on the Website concerning our future plans, development pipeline, capacity, power availability, build-out or delivery timelines, or expected performance is forward-looking. It is based on assumptions and expectations current at the time of publication and is subject to factors outside our control. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and we undertake no obligation to update any such statement.
1.4 References on the Website to customers, partners, suppliers or other third parties are for identification purposes only and do not imply any endorsement, joint venture or continuing relationship.
1.5 Nothing on the Website constitutes: (a) an offer by us to provide any Services; (b) an offer, invitation or inducement to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any securities or to engage in any investment activity; or (c) investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. No contract for the provision of Services can be formed through the Website, by any act or omission on the Website, or by the submission of or response to an Enquiry. A contract will be formed only once you and we have separately negotiated, agreed and signed written terms specific to that engagement.
1.6 You must not rely on any Content or Service Descriptions in entering into any contract with us. Where a contract for Services is agreed, that contract will set out the entire agreement between the parties in relation to those Services.
1.7 Should you wish to enter into any contract or arrangement with a partner, supplier or other third party referenced on the Website, that contract will be between you and that third party. We are not, and will not become, a party to it, and we accept no responsibility for its terms (including price, delivery, quality or any representations made).
1.8 We do not guarantee that the Website, or any Content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where possible.
1.9 The Website may contain links to third-party sites. These are beyond our control and we accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability. A link does not imply our endorsement of, or association with, the linked site.
1.10 You are responsible for configuring your own IT, software and platform in order to access the Website, and for using your own virus protection. We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
2. Our liability
2.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2.2 The Website and the Content are made available free of charge and are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms, whether express or implied, including as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the Content and the availability of the Website.
2.3 Subject to clause 2.1, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or from your reliance on any Content or Service Descriptions, including: loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or contracts; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or reputation; loss or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss.
2.4 Subject to clause 2.1, and where you use the Website for the purposes of a business, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Website and these Terms (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) will not exceed £[insert figure].
2.5 Different limitations and exclusions of liability apply to any Services we supply, which will be set out in the separately agreed contract for those Services.
2.6 The exclusions and limitations in this clause 2 are given for the benefit of each member of our Group and of our and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers, each of whom may enforce them.
3. Acceptable use of the Website
3.1 You agree that you will not use the Website:
- (a) in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
- (b) to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- (c) to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected server, computer or database, or to circumvent, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any security or authentication measure;
- (d) to attack the Website by means of a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack;
- (e) to introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
- (f) to scrape, harvest, data-mine or otherwise extract Content by automated means, or to access the Website using any robot, spider, crawler or other automated process, save for indexing by a public search engine in accordance with our robots.txt file; or
- (g) to use any Content to train, develop, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, without our prior written consent.
3.2 We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached this clause 3, and may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them.
3.3 Where you use the Website for the purposes of a business, you will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses we incur arising out of or in connection with your breach of this clause 3.
4. Export control and sanctions
4.1 The Website and the Content may be subject to export control, sanctions and technology transfer laws, including those of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. You must not access or use the Website, or export, re-export or transfer any Content, in breach of any such laws.
4.2 You represent that you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, a person who is designated under, or otherwise the target of, applicable sanctions, and that you are not accessing the Website from a territory subject to comprehensive sanctions. We may restrict or block access to the Website from any jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 All information and materials on the Website (including designs, text, graphics, and their selection and arrangement) are the copyright of Colossus Computers Limited or its content providers. All rights are reserved.
5.2 You may view the Website and print or download one copy of any page for your own personal reference or internal business use, provided that you do not modify the material and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Except as set out in this clause 5.2, no information or material on the Website may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, framed or republished without our express written permission. Nothing in this clause 5 affects any right you have under Chapter III of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
5.3 All brand names, product names and service names used on the Website are trade marks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective owners. Any use of such a name without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder may infringe that rights holder’s rights, and we give no permission for the use of any such item in any way whatsoever.
6. Making an enquiry through the Website
6.1 You may submit an Enquiry through the Website (for example, to "Start a Conversation" with us) to express interest in our Services. By submitting an Enquiry, you represent and agree that:
- (a) the information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
- (b) you will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or that infringes the rights of any third party;
- (c) you will not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation; and
- (d) you will not use the Enquiry form to transmit viruses or other harmful code, or to advertise, promote or solicit business unrelated to your enquiry with us.
6.2 The Website is not a secure means of communication. You should not submit any confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive or export-controlled information through the Website. Unless we have entered into a written confidentiality agreement with you which covers the information in question, any information you submit through the Website will not be treated as confidential and we accept no obligation of confidence in respect of it.
6.3 An Enquiry is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, booking, reservation or request for Services, and it does not reserve, allocate or hold any capacity, power, space or resource. Submitting an Enquiry does not create a legally binding contract between you and us, and does not commit us to supply any Services, capacity or information beyond what we choose to provide in response. We may decline to respond to, or act on, any Enquiry at our sole discretion, and may retain or delete any content submitted where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law.
6.4 If you send us any idea, suggestion, feedback or other material relating to the Website or the Services, you agree that it is provided on a non-confidential basis and that we may use, copy, modify and exploit it for any purpose without restriction, acknowledgement or payment to you.
7. Your privacy and cookies
7.1 The Website is operated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use and protect your personal information and your rights in relation to it. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Privacy Policy [and our cookie policy, available at https://colossuscomputers.com/cookies].
7.2 We may disclose the content of your Enquiry and your identity to other members of our Group, to our professional advisers, and to third parties where we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, in each case as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Where you contact us by telephone, we may monitor or record calls for quality, compliance, auditing, training and record-keeping purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Which country’s laws apply to a dispute
8.1 If you are a consumer, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
8.2 If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.3 The Website is directed at users in the United Kingdom. Should the Website be accessed from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any local laws that apply.
9. Other important terms
No third-party rights. Other than as set out in clause 2.6, no person other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms. The rights of the parties to rescind or vary these Terms are not subject to the consent of any other person.
Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website and supersede any previous terms of use. They do not affect, and are not affected by, the terms of any separate contract for the supply of Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. A delay or failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a corporate restructuring, and will notify you if this happens. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the operation of the Website caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
